How to set up an Email Account on Android.

1. You have to open your mail app and go to the main menu.
2. You will get the options to configure your email. You have to choose the email service that you use and enter your email and password to log in.
3. But if you don’t find your email provider then select Other option.
4. Enter the email that you wish to configure on your android phone. For example abc@examplehost.com

6. Here, you have to choose what type of account you have to use. The recommended is IMAP.
7. Now enter your password, and the incoming server settings page will open.
8. Now, you have to enter Incoming server settings:
   1. Username: Your email
   1. Password: the password for your email
   1. Server: Here you have to enter the mail server name, i.e. imap.examplehost.com.
9. Now click on the next option, and the outgoing server settings page will open.
10. Here you have to enter the settings for Outgoing server.
    1. Username: Your email
    1. Password: Your email password
    1. SMTP Server: This will always be same smtp.examplehost.com
11. Now click on the next option and the account options page will open.
12. Here, you can select your settings and click the next button, and you will see a screen that confirms your address.
13. There will be two options:
    1. Give the account name: leave it as your email
    1. Your name (displayed on outgoing messages): you can change it to your name or business name.
