An official website is pushed to live environment after a lot of research and testing, whereas a fake or a phishing website will not have so many efforts put in. Check for the grammatical errors, picture quality. Also, most of the phishing websites will not have the contact us page or link, because they do not want you to contact them. They need their work to be done.
- What the website wants or offers: Another important question on which website to trust online is what this website is offering. If there is something they are asking you to share, which you will not readily share with an anonymous person, or the offer stands too good to be true, check the website once. This may just be another scam.
